Blog Moi Paris

Blog Moi Paris is an interesting new project launched by Paris.fr (one of my favorite sources for local things in the city) along side L'Express. They're calling for Parisians to propose a topic of something they'd like to explore in the city through a series of creative blog posts (video, photographs, writing, etc.). Even if you don't speak French, it's still fun to get a sense of what projects people are submitting (and voting on).
Submissions are open until January 7th, and a team of distinguished jurors will announce the final three blogeurs on January 17th. There's a lot of fine print, and I'm not sure if I'm even eligible, but I have my idea if I am. What would you propose? Have you seen any other cities proposing projects like this? (I've posted examples from Norway and Iceland in the past).

P.S. Paris.fr just launched a brand new site Jeunes.Paris.fr, targeted to 13-30 year olds, and things to do in Paris.

  2. I haven't posted anything yet. As an "etrangere" (foreigner), I'm not sure I'm eligible (but I emailed to see). Will likely involve public transportation though :)
